OK well here are my measurements from friday 3rd august

HEIGHT: 5"2 (160cm)
WEIGHT: 119 lbs/54.2kg's
WAIST:66cm
HIPS:76cm
THIGHS:54cm (the fattest part)

HEIGHT: 5"2 (160cm)
WEIGHT: 115lbs/52.2 kgs
WAIST: 63cm
HIPS:72cm
THIGHS: 50cm


I am pretty happy that there are actuli results and evidence that im getting thinner!
but i still see a fat girl=[ 
i need to see my bones and sooooon!!!

so thats my improvement in 5 days im pleased i guess

if im not down to 110 lbs in 7 days..then im doing a 3 days fast!








 
 
 
 
 
 

stayed awake all nite again!is that bad for ur weight or anything?
havent eaten yet but its only 9am, and as i said before i only plan on havn 10 grapes and popcorn hehe
played squash for an hour and burnt 815 calories!!!!!!im so proud :D going to train in the pool in a bit

im trying to eat under 150 cals a day!

hows everone elses diets going??hope its all gooood!!

Well today was ok i think!woke up late so i missed breakfast and lunch which was great! But wen it came to dinner had two pieces of pizza UGHHH had frnds round u see!

Today i had:
1 sugar free redbull - 8 cals
2 slices of pizza- 450 cals (im guessing)
Crackers with topping -70 cals (not sure)
gum - 10 cals

total- 538
Ah soo bad! Wish i didnt have to have that pizza! 

I burnt 550 playing squash though! And i walked to the shops in the heat! Think i burnt around 100 cals!
So they pretty much cancel eachother out. Phew

Tomorow im hoping to only have :

10 green grapes- 30 cals
popcorn - 36 cals
im going to the movies lol =]

and i want to burn at least 600 cals exercising!
 
 
 
 
 
 

New rainbow diet!Did an all nighter last night with my sister then we were at the gym working out on various machines,burnt a total of 436 cals! and only had a cup of coffee and half an apple for breakfast...lunchtime was another half an apple and an intense game of squash then off to the beach for a swim! unfortunatly all my hard work ruined when i had to go out to dinner!UGHH!!!


ive found that u only feel rele hungry for a while but then u get used to it!its such a great feeling knowing uve worked hard for a great cause!
